Very nice template but only download was a single layer PNG file... no PSD file?

I saw your lovely template and downloaded it (thanks for sharing) but it is a png file, and I cannot see a way how to use a png template... Should it not be a PSD or TIFF file?
Thank you for the template, but like the others said, its showing up as a PNG--which is fine to scraplift. I love the concept and wanted to thank you for sharing it with us!
